Job Description:

  • Define business requirements, refine backlog items, and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Communicate status, risks, and key decisions to senior stakeholders; lead sprint ceremonies and release readiness.
  • Perform backend configurations in Shopify Admin, including settings for payments, shipping, taxes, and checkout.
  • Manage theme updates, app integrations, and coordination of complex changes with developers or agencies.
  • Lead production issue triage, apply quick fixes based on Shopify recommendations, and escalate major issues.
  • Maintain runbooks, ensure security/architecture compliance, manage the app stack and vendor SOWs, and create documentation for business teams.

Position requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field.

    Job Description:

  • Configure to integrate with all SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CO).
  • Configure subscription and product hierarchy for DAAS and SAAS projects.
  • Develop CRM SOPs for all verticals, ensured and enabled the implementation by training the modules for complete management team, CPP, Retail & Vendor Team.
  • Develop robust billing process for Farms (Retail & B2B), CPP, Sales (Retail, HoReCa, B2B vendors) enabling different kinds of payment gateways.
  • Migrate from CRM Tool to SAP SD. Maintained Customer Master, Partner Function with Determination Procedures. End-to-End implementation & integration with Finance Module.
  • Worked on Configurations, ODI, AVC, Contract Change Management, and CCM.
  • Integration in SOM with S/4 for subscription billing.
  • BP Contract Account Integration in SOM.
  • Continuous Improvement projects, Implementation projects in BRIM/Hybris Billing Solution.
  • Performing detailed analysis of business integration with SAP Hybris Billing modules (SOM, CC, CI).
  • Review and analyze existing integrations and business processes and develop approaches for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Responsible for User Stories for Hybris Billing (BRIM) enhancement or new development.
  • Work on the Incident Management Team for Quicker Resolution for the End users.
  • Business Agreement Creation Supervision – Individual, Master, Order wise for Trade Partners.
  • Creation of Functional Specification and Other Process Documentation for Change Request Management.
  • SOM with S/4 for Subscription billing.
  • Configuration for Partners and continuous improvement in Customer Vendor Integration.
  • Review and analyze the progress of Integration of Existing Business Process and to Leverage the New BRIM processes.
  • Support the product development process, working closely with Development, QA and Documentation teams throughout the whole product life cycle, feature validating functionality, as well as preparing the rest of the organization for product release.
  • Preparing UAT documents for Training.
